What is Calisthenics?
Calisthenics is a fast growing unique Australian sport which offers participants of all ages the opportunity to develop skills by learning controlled exercises to music including marching, gymnastic movements, ballet, singing and dancing.
Throughout the year, teams learn a series of routines which are then performed at competitions and at the end of year concert.
At Balmoral Calisthenics club, we are committed to creating and maintaining a safe, happy environment in which members are able to develop and improve calisthenic skills, form friendships and enjoy the art of calisthenics.
Calisthenics is a fantastic sport that developes fitness, flexibility, coordination, team spirit and commitment in all participants. Particpants also build self confidence and lasting friendships in a friendly club atmosphere
